For the Boys, Sophomore and first year swimmer Jose Proa Corral stepped up for the team by competing in multiple events including the Boys 50 and 100 Freestyle, and the 200 and 400 Freestyle Relays. Girls and Boys both finished in 2nd place with the following scores: Girls: Bryan Adams  – 124, Skyline – 75, Spruce – 39 and Boys: Bryan Adams – 255, Skyline – 43, and Spruce – 30.

Halloween was celebrated in style for the Skyline Swim Team thanks to the Richardson Halloween Relay Invitational hosted by JJ Pearce High School on October 29. A select 10 swimmers attended and swam a variety of challenging yet fun and unusual relays. Senior Dakota Duran and Junior Fabiola Torres each completed a 100 IM to form the 200 IM Relay, the first IM for our Team Captain Dakota. Sophomore Diego Duran and Juniors Marcos Hernandez Rivera, Christian Martinez, and Sebastian Vega competed in the 100 Kick Relay. It was a fun meet and a great chance to go against the Richardson High Schools who are now in Skyline Swimming’s District.
