Multiple Teams · Volleyball Summer Workout Calendar ’18-’19!!!

It is highly recommended that you participate as much as possible during the summer. We condition, lift weights, and get some court time in. This way you come into 2-a-days ready to go, rather then trying to catch-up.  Our days and times will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 8 am-11 am. 

Things to bring with you each day: Bottles of water, Court shoes (different shoes than you ran in), and a small towel.

NO spaghetti strips shirts (Cami), no beaters, no low cut shirts, no booty shorts. 


You can wear: T-shirts, workout approved tank tops, spandex that are the correct size, workout shorts, and/or workout pants, wear a sports bra 


We report at 7:45 am on the track. If you are new the upper class men will tell you everything you need to do to get warm and stretched. Even if you do not know how to do things that’s fine, we will teach you the correct form and you will have it down in no time. Please click on the links below and print them out for you convenience.
