The Junior Varsity Skyline Raiders faced the Molina Jaguars at Forester Stadium on Saturday morning. Skyline dominated most of possession during the first half and created several opportunities. Misael Arias got off to a good start and chipped a ball into Mohammed Salaad for the first goal of the match. A few minutes later Bryan Juarez placed a precise through ball to Misael Arias who slotted it home for the Raiders to go up 2-0 into the half. Skyline played much better in the second half, and Alexis Roque would fire a long distance shot just under the crossbar for the 3rd goal of the game. Molina was not able to get forward very much and committed a foul in the box for a penalty. Sergio Martinez took the kick and the keeper stopped his shot, but Bucumi Enoch was there to clean it up and score. Late in the game Giovanny Ledezma found a loose ball in the box and powered it into the net for the final goal of the match. The Raiders win 5-0 and will face the Berkner Rams after Spring Break.
